Orders will be shipped by the method selected at checkout or the cheapest method to be determined at the time of shipping. Shipping is calculated by weight and at the current shipper rates.

Turnaround times for custom orders are currently at 3-4 weeks. Other items turnaround times are determined by warehouse availability.

After your order is placed, add-ons are not allowed to avoid any order confusion.

Prior to purchasing please make sure your shipping address is correct. I am not responsible for any lost or missing packages due to an incorrect shipping address. If your item is damaged on arrival please take photos of the box and item and send the pictures to me. If it is due to fault of the carrier I will be happy to remake your tumbler upon receipt of the damaged one.

** I can not guarantee delivery times. Once a package leaves my hands I have to rely on the shipper to deliver the package. Currently every shipper is behind on deliveries.**

If I have made an error on my part I will work with you on replacing or refunding your items. Items will need to be returned to me for inspection and determination of error.

I am not responsible for damage done once received. If you happen to damage your tumbler, I will be happy to assist you in repairs if possible, however there will be a fee for repair.

After your order has been placed your item is considered to be in production. If I have any questions I will be in contact with you at the email address you have provided. From the time you place your order you will have 24 hours to modify a design on custom tumblers only. All other items are not able to be modified or cancelled. Please feel free to message me but know that there is a $5 charge for design modification and can only be done within the first 24 hours.
